We want every homeowner who reaches Giftswin Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page sets out how to raise a complaint and what follows. It is a general template and does not count as legal advice.
You can contact us about:
The providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We would still like to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Giftswin Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our response does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to review it again. You can also reach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, that licensing agency may be able to help as well.
